Villa Karmen is situated on an elevated position with splendid sea views in the charming bay of Ljubljeva just 2km from the little village of Vinisce.
The spacious villa has 5 bedrooms, which can be split into 3 separate apartments if required. Inside the villa there is also a comfortable lounge, nice dining room and modern kitchen.
Externally the villa is surrounded by a large sun terrace, allowing you to make the most of the sun all day. There is also a lovely pool for you to enjoy after realxing in the sun.

Only 20 minutes south is the delightful town of Trogir. A short drive north is Primosten set on its own penninsula, and a bit further is the Krka National Park with its fabulous waterfalls.
Ryanair's flights to Zadar from London Stansted provide the only direct link between the Croatian port and the UK.
