Originaly built in 1907 and renovated in 2007, this small but cosy traditional Istrian villa is furnished to the highest standards with all modern conveniences blending in with traditional kitchen, fireplace, stone and wood details which create a special, relaxing atmosphere.
At the entrance of the house there is a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs from where you can enjoy the view to a nicely arranged garden and the pool.
The ground floor has a comfortable living room and a kitchen, dining area and a toilet, and on the first floor there is one double bedroom and a kids' bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The sofa in the living room can easily become a comfortable bed for two persons.
There is also a separate kitchen attached to the house with a traditional fireplace and a big oak table and two benches.
Porec is rich with history and culture and offers a large selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques.
