Living accommodation is situated on the first floors of the house, whilst the ground floor is unused. The house is traditionally furnished and spacious inside, whilst you can also relax on the shady balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and surroundings
Villa Balich is on the edge of the little old village of Dubravka in Konavle, on a very quiet and unspoilt location only 10 km from the coast and 50 minutes south of Dubrovnik. A full selection of restaurants, shops, bars and also nice beaches can be found in the charming town of Cavtat, 20 km north. We recommend the beach in Mlini, just 15 km away. You can also easily cross the border into Montenegro for the day and visit places such as Budva, Kotor and Sveti Stefan.
Southern Croatia is reached via a flight to Split airport. And from there you can get to the resorts by car, taxi or ferry whichever suites your needs.
